Fitness, competition, and community—three things that drive me every day. In this latest episode on my YouTube channel, I had the chance to train with my guy Henry for an intense chest workout, followed by a high-energy 1v1 basketball game against Lonnie. Spoiler alert: Lonnie came to win!
Chest Workout with Henry – Pushing Strength to the Next Level
If you want to build a strong, well-defined chest, you need to focus on progressive overload, proper form, and consistency. Here’s the chest routine Henry and I followed:
✅ DumbBell Bench Press – 4 sets of 8-12 reps
✅ Incline Dumbbell Press – 4 sets of 10 reps
✅ Cable Flys – 4 sets of 12 reps
✅ Push Ups – 4 sets to 25
Each exercise was designed to target the upper, middle, and lower chest, ensuring a well-rounded workout. If you’re looking to build a solid chest, give this routine a shot and let me know how it works for you!
1v1 Basketball Battle: Can I Take Down Lonnie?
After hitting the weights, we took it to the court. I challenged Lonnie, one of the gym community’s hoopers, to a 1v1 basketball game to 17.
🏀 The Game Highlights:
We went back and forth with some serious plays.
Lonnie brought his sharp shooting and commentary to the court.
I fought hard, but in the end… Lonnie took the W.
The game was competitive, fun, and a great way to mix fitness with skill-based sports. Win or lose, it's all about improving and staying sharp!
Why Fitness & Sports Go Hand in Hand
Entrepreneurship, fitness, and sports all share a common theme—discipline, growth, and resilience. Whether you’re lifting weights, playing basketball, or building a business, the key to success is staying consistent, pushing past challenges, and learning from every experience.
